ʾAllāmah Rabīʾ bin Hādī al-Madkhalī (حفظه ٱللّٰه) was asked: Who should we return to in Emārāt if something becomes complicated for us? Whom do you advise us to return to there?
He said:
Ask Shaykh Moḥammad bin Ghālib and he will guide you to whom you should return to. I cannot recall anyone now.
