Abū Bakr aṣ-Ṣiddīq (رَضِيَ ٱللّٰهُ عَنهُ) said,
Truth in fact is trust and lie infact is betrayal. The weak among you is strong to me as long as I can return his right to him by Allāh’s permission. And the strong among you is weak to me as long as I can take back the right from him by Allāh’s permission. There are no people who abandon Jihād in the cause of Allāh except that Allāh will strike them with humiliation. And there are no people among whom obscenity becomes rampant except that Allāh will surround them by tribulation.
